Spring has arrived, and so has our new menu at The Da Vinci Restaurant! Our team have been hard at work crafting dishes that capture the fresh flavors and colors of the season. We are excited to share this with you.

With a mix of colorful fresh greens to awaken your taste buds. Such as our tender asparagus spears, fresh herbs and lemons, giving our dishes a bright and refreshing flavor.

For the seafood lovers, we have a new dish on the menu - Seared Scallops with a minted pea puree and crispy parma ham. This dish is a true taste of spring by the sea. We also have the fresh halibut with a lemon and fresh herb crust cooked in DOC white wine, pan fried gnocchi and British samphire. With a glass of pecorino it really is a taste sensation and you will want to savour every moment.

Another addition to our spring menu is artisan fresh spaghetti in a watercress & spinach wild garlic sauce- a colorful and flavorful dish - you can instantly tell the difference with fresh pasta that has been handcrafted by our Chefs.
