”there was always plenty of home cooked food when I was growing up. I actually started my working life as a hairdresser but gave this up when I had children. About 15 years ago I started a lunch time outside catering business from home and loved it! Everything I produced was fresh and home made. Never a bought in sandwich filling or a pasta box. This is how i cook at home. You will never find a jar of ready made sauce in my house!

Approached by friends, Andrew & Merinda last year, I was given the chance to become their lunch time chef. I am so passionate about all this business represents. Cooking with minimum fresh ingredients which is the ethos of Italian cooking. I’ve even planted our produce on Di Rita’s farm!

Everything the restaurant believes in is what I believe in and now my learning continues from the Great Chefs of Di Rita’s“
