A year on....Our A La Carte Restaurant finally opens 2nd November!
Since moving into No 2 (The Old Bank) we've continued to build and expand on our offering from our previous Merrylands Deli. Providing a fresh bakery service every morning you can expect to find a range of sourdough, ciabatta and focaccia breads - but be quick, they go fast!
We are proud to bring a traditional bakery back to St.Ives. Fresh daily breads made from organic flour and our famous sourdough breads from our own culture “Sofia the sourdough”. Baking has been in our family for generations…in fact our first family bakery opened in the U.K. during the war in Cambridge. We strongly believe that any baking should be done with the customer in mind…why add preservatives to something that should be natural…this is the same for our treats and cakes. Make sure you sample our freshly piped cannoli!
Our Deli offers a range of traditional cured meats and Italian cheeses, all sold by the 100g and sliced to order while you wait. We can offer marinated olives, sundried tomatoes, artichokes and more to enhance your antipasti selection - speak to a member of the team today. Looking for "the best coffee in St Ives"? (not our words!) then look no further. Di Rita's have sourced the finest Kimbo coffee beans, drawing a powerful yet palatable espresso which can be enjoyed on it's own, or used to create your favourite coffees from cappuccinos and lattes to mochas and macchiatos.
Pizza Pasta Wine Restaurant
Here at Di Rita's all our pizza dough is left to slowly rise for 24-48 hours and then baked at very high temperatures for a very light and airy sourdough pizza. Our toppings are always fresh, Fior Di Latte mozzarella and Italian tomatoes, only organic flour – all of which is sent to us directly from Naples.
Our unique dough recipe along with La Molisana Pasta, meats & fish dishes, plus exciting desserts from our bakery, Italian Ice Creams. Our extensive wine list and wine preservation system means customers can now explore top wines with freedom.
At Di Ritas, we have taken a significant step forward with our wine by the glass offering, committing to the service of a fresh & delicious glass each and every time you order

Da Vinci A La Carte Dining Room (opening Wednesday 2nd November - we are now taking online bookings)
Join us in our beautiful Da Vinci Dining Room, full of locally produced artwork which will leave you feeling truly inspired and creative. Offering traditional Italian a la carte dishes in a relaxed and intimate dining room, the Da Vinci Dining room offers a brand new experience for St Ives diners.
When you make a booking with us in our Da Vinci Dining Room, the table is yours for the entire evening. Our kitchen opening times are 18:00-20:30 with last bookings being taken for 20:15.
